Her love for nature and devotion to Bhagvan Shivji carved her path towards the majestic Kailas Mansarovar in 1994 for the first time. It was a journey of ecstasy and joy. She was just 19, which probably made her the youngest girl to visit this holy place on foot (involved approximately 350 kilometers of hiking and walking). Since then, she has been leading many groups to Kailas Mansarovar Yatra and other parts of Himalaya every year.
Vaishali believes that helping people to visit Kailas Mansarovar and other spiritual places in Himalayas provides her great degree of satisfaction and joy. |

Hira was born in the Himalayan village of Khanigaun in the Langtang region, and to this day he maintains a deep connection with the Himalaya Mountains. When he was twelve years old his family relocated to the jungle area of Chitwan and the mountains became a distant dream on the horizon, no longer a clear presence in his life. When he decided on a career in tourism Hira was drawn back to the mountains of his early childhood, and here he began his intensive explorations of Nepal, Tibet, and Bhutan. Hira has led treks for over fourteen years now, and even when he is not guiding guests on Himalayan adventures he often explores the outer reaches of the Himalayas to learn more about bird watching and Himalayan nature photography.
Hira also contributes his time, efforts and financial support for social work in Nepal. In 2004 he helped build the Ratna Community Library in Chitwan where students, local farmers and the business community of Chitwan have access to over 4,000 books. He also focuses his efforts on education. He is currently involved in building a school in the isolated village of Ghiling in Upper Mustang for 60 children from Nursery to Class Five. Hira also raises funds for individual school sponsorship and to help finance skills training for the blind through the Nepal Integrated Blind Association.
When he is not out on a trek Hira personally welcomes each guest and sees to the details of their ‘Journey of a Lifetime’. Over the years he has gathered a kind, capable and experienced staff who work in close co-operation in handling every aspect of the business |
