Jyotirling Yatra (Part 1) - 13 Nights / 14 Days

+DAY 01 & 02 : WE WILL LEAVE FROM AHEMEDABAD TO TRIYAMBKESHWAR

This shrine is associated with origin of River Godavari. Night halt at hotel and next day Triyambkeshwar jyotirling darshan.

+DAY 03 : TRIYAMBKESWAR TO SHIRDI TO BHIMASHANKAR JYORTILING

In morning after break-fast we will leave for BhimashankarJyotriling on way Darshan of SAI-BABA.

+DAY 04 : BHIMASHANKAR-AHMEDNAGAR


In the morning after breakfast we will leave for Ahmednagar.

+DAY 05 : AHMADNAGAR- PARLI BAIJNATH JYORTILING -AHMADNAGAR

After breakfast towards Parli Vaijanath visit the Vaijnath Lord Shiva. The temple is situated in a spacious courtyard bounded by stone walls. In the temple complex there are twenty two other temples. The Baijnath or Vaidyanath temple faces east, then back to Ahmednagar.

+ DAY 05 : AHMEDNAGAR –SHANIDEV TEMPLE - ELLORA


Grishneshwar Jyotilinga temple-Ellora.The Grishneshwar Temple is also known by several other names like
1.Kusumeswara
2.Ghushmeswara
3.Grushmeswara
4.Grishneswara after darshanam.
In between, we will try to go to Shanidev Temple also.

+DAY 06 : GHRISHNESHWAR JYORTILING - ELLORA CAVES


Well-known for its monumental caves, Ellora is a World Heritage Site. A famous Kailasa Temple, night halt at Ellora.

+DAY 07 : ELLORA - AJANTA - UJJAIN


The Ajanta Caves in Aurangabad district of Maharashtra state of India are about 30 rock-cut Buddhist cave monuments which date from the 2nd century BCE to about 480 or 650 CE.

+ DAY 08 : MAHAKALESHWAR JYORTILING TO INDORE

After breakfast we will drive to Island called Hanumantiya, then Indore.

+DAY 09 : OMKARESHWAR


It is on an island called Mandhata or Shivapuri in the Narmada river; the shape of the island is said to be like the Hindu ॐ symbol.

+ DAY 10 : KHANDWA

Ramcharit Manas Paath and rest on the island.

+DAY 11 : TRAIN FROM KHANDWA TO VARANASI
+ DAY 12 : VARANASI–KASHIVISHWANATH JYORTILING

We will reach Varanasi in the morning. After getting fresh we will leave for Rudrabhishak in Kashi Vishwanath temple. After lunch sightseeing in Varanasi. In the evening we will perform Havan on the bank of famous Ganga.

+ DAY 13 : VARANASI- Allahabad- VARANASI

After breakfast we will proceed for Allahabad triveni Sangam Snan. On way back we will visit Vindhyachal temple. Evening back to Varanasi. If we have time we will go for Ganga Arti.

+ DAY 14 : VARANASI- AHMEDABAD

In the morning we will visit Sarnath (Buddhist temple). We will go for Banarasi saree Shopping. Then we will proceed to airport and Fly back to Ahmedabad at 6:55pm.

EQUIPMENT CHECKLIST

During your journey to Jyotirling it is going to be comfortable climate. You can wear normal summer clothes. Pack your bags- light and comfortable.

Please note that in few Temples Dhoti for male and Saree for female is compulsory. Do not forget to keep it with you.

We may not get chance to wash our clothes.

  • Track suits or jogging suits or loose pants and enough t-shirts and Punjabi suites
  • Six pairs of cotton and two pairs of woollen socks
  • One pair woollen/fleece Sweater or Jacket, one pair gloves, woollen cap, one shawl
  • Pair of sandal with back straps, one pair of jogging shoes
  • Sun hat or Baseball hat
  • Day pack or back pack (which can accommodate three days clothes)
  • One hand towel and one bath towel
  • Toilet paper roll, baby wipes
  • Sun glasses
  • Enough garbage begs to carry used clothes
Toiletry

Sun block cream (SPF 30+), Tooth paste and brush, Soap, Skin moisturizer ,detergent, Hand mirror, Wide tooth comb, Lip balm, Lots of baby wipes and hand Sanitizer.

  • Alarm clock
  • Video and still camera with extra batteries
  • Good torch with batteries - very important

  • Swiss army Knife

  • Transparent plastic or zip locks bags to pack your clothes individually to save them from rain and dust.
